I took the door panel apart. That bottom section was a pain. The 10-12 factory press melt spots, I used a dremel with sanding bit to "thin" the material out to the point where I could seperate it. I also removed the factory speaker grille. I then used a plastic bone tool to push the fabric in tightly to the groove. I used a strong adhesive to keep in in place in the groove, stretched the material out around all the edges, and glued tightly. Then I used a good epoxy to put the panel back together and coated the old plastic backing in more epoxy "where the spot welds were originally"

The wifes Suburban is underway and coming along nicely. Totally gutted the whole interior and changing everything to black and Realtree. I will post pics soon
