700r4 4x4 converter lock up

Looking for some input on my trans. Converter will lock when fluid of cold as it warms up it doesn't lock up as easy or at all. Sometimes with the cruise set the converter will unlock then when I start going up a hill it will lock then unlock when coasting down the other side. Fluid doesn't smell or look burnt. I have a vette servo I've been to busy to get to put in. I have my egr capped off I don't know if that has any affect on it. It has a tb spacer and thought maybe the kick down isn't properly adjusted. It also has a jet chip not sure if that may change shift points.

It sounds like either a bad TCC solenoid or a bad TCC.

Im guessing it won't throw any codes it anything happens being non electronic. Think I'll try and adjust tv cable and install vette servo in the mean time

Can you ohm through tcc soleniod?
