5 lug to 6 lug 14 bolt with GMT900 20's

Whats the benefit in swapping to the 2500 front brakes?
What's the difference? Is it a simple swap?

Have to use C2500 rotors because they are 6 lug. C1500 rotors are 5 lug. It is my understanding they fit without modification. I'll know for sure at some point.

As far as I know they're the same size. IIRC, the 1500 and 2500 front end parts are completely interchangeable.

Nope. I've taken a 15k pay cut in the last 60 days and had to pick up 100% of health insurance costs. About a 24k swing all together. Needless to say, I'm looking for a new job.

Hey guys was up first of all sry to here bout ur loss hope u found an other job, just wanting to know if u ever did the 6 lug conversion? I remember my dad long time ago had a 88 2500 2wd it was 6 lug and there is a few here at the junk yards in dallas ranging frm $50 -$200 and also I was wondering if itll bolt straight on, also what year was the one u found w the 373's I would love that 6lug w 373s thanks guys

So you definitely pulled out an old thread, I changed my truck to 6 lug and lifted it... What are you trying to accomplish with your truck? What wheels? Lift/lower?

Yea i kno lol... Currently its sitting djm 3/4 drop im looking for speed not really mpg im getting the texas addition 20" w 275 55 I recently got my heads milled port n polished n grinded my cam n really would like a oem lsd 373 if it exists
