Take the hose off the back of the washer nozzles and use a rubber-tipped air nozzle to blow backwards through the washer nozzles. I've cleaned out many windshield washer nozzles that way.

The late model Mopar ones are funny, as are some Ford pieces from a few years back. I've had both self-destruct and shoot pieces out under operation. They have a spring-loaded check ball in them to keep the lines primed so they operate quickly when you hit the pump, but when the parts get worn, well.. you can imagine (and may have seen it in action, too)Works if they don't crumble in your hands as you try to take them apart.
