Tinting corners

I searched and could not find a thread about this, so I figured I would ask. Sorry if I missed something.

I am redoing my grille and lights, and would like to tint my stock corners some. Not blacked all the way out, but darker than stock.

My problem is that I am limited to using rattle can tint and clear coat if needed.

So here are my questions:
- How many of you guys have tinted your corners? (pics are helpful. )
- What kind of prep was needed?
- Has it caused any issues with Police?

Light sand paper scuffing, spray with tint, light sand paper, spray, clear, sand and buff.

wet sand with 2000 grit

Its quite easy to get the same reults with rattle can.

clear em then wet sant and buff em and they will look like glass!
