Thumping from air box....WTF is that?

This problem just started over the weekend. I know there was a recent thread about it but I can't find it. I am probably not using the correct terms in the search box, but here goes again....


This happens when I turn the key on and lasts about 20 seconds. It then happens after I turn the key off, again it lasts about 20 seconds. It is independent of my fan speed selection and fresh/recirc settings. In the video the truck is off and I turn the key on then back off again and this is what I get.

You need a new resurc actuator. You just put in on resurc and unplug it. That's what I did. Lol
