LOL - anymore they're biodegradable. But a guy comes in periodically, mines the lead shot and sells it all to, among others, battery manufacturers. Probably why batteries don't last as long as they used to - higher concentration in Antimony (Sb), ha ha. He used to sell the reclaimed shot to us so we could reload the shells but, powder and primers got too expensive so I just buy shells at Wally's World for ~$24/100 we usually shoot up 150+ rounds each time we go.
