Stock aluminum wheels

Ok guys, I have a 1996 GMC k1500 Z71 extended cab SLE 3rd door 5.7 vortec. I am looking for refurbished stock aluminum wheels and ran across something that confused me. All of my spokes on all 4 wheels have a clockwise slant. The set I am looking at has 2 clockwise & 2 counterclockwise. I didn’t know they even made them that way. Just curious if anyone knew about this option. Also is there a difference between 4wd and 2wd 16x7 5015 wheels.

I don't know what 5015 wheels are.

1/2-ton 2WD (C1500) would have five lugs.
1/2-ton 4WD (K1500) would have six lugs.

The set you are looking at there is not a set at all; it's an image of a single wheel that has been flipped around. Look at the mirrored reflections and carpet.

Yes they appear to be 5 spokes but are actually 10 spokes. The design was originally used on Suburbans; the original style N90 5 spoke aluminum wheels don't have the weight rating to work with the Burb.
