The roller pin in my passenger door top hinge is breaking apart (the bottom rolling part is severely bent). Most of the videos I'm finding online are about the hinge pin.

Anyone done the rolling pin before and have any tips or tricks? It looks like I'll need a door spring tool and may need to saw out the old rolling pin?

Thanks!

I did the roller on my DR door last year. Grab a spring tool from the local parts store loan-a-tool program. You can beat the pin out, but getting it back in is a pain. I had to take a fine sanding disc and dremel to the holes when I went back in with it, and it still took a LOT of force. I'd suggest putting the roller in the freezer overnight and applying some heat to the hinge when you go back together with it. Very tight fit.

I found a how to video
