If I remember correctly its a pro comp brand but I had a hard time finding one in stock...

They wouldn't sell me individual replacement parts without a proof of purchase. I could understand if I was trying to get them to replace something for free, but they wont even let me buy buy the parts without the entire box. They definitely didn't have this "no questions asked" attitude with me. I don't expect a warranty on a used lift, but for a company that apparently has "above average" customer service, I would certainly hope they'd offer some bit of assistance when sourcing missing parts, and that doesn't mean trying to sell me $300 worth of parts I don't need just to get two $15 parts.

Is absolutely the best! I had bought a 4-6inch lift for my truck 3-4 yrs ago an I just got around to putting it on a few months ago and I had one small metal collar missing from the shock that goes threw the rubber bushing on the lower shock mount on the front shock and I just called and talked to josh and he just sent me one out with no questions ask even after 4 yrs! Now that's good customer service and I wanted to say thank you Rough County Lifts!

That's a nice rig! How in the heck did you sit on a lift kit for 4 years without putting it on?! I'd have been obsessing over it and probably had the box in the bed with me at night with my arms wrapped around it..... Most patient man in the world....
