Crazy story from years ago I used this service called Rinse.
Rinse is a laundry service that picks up your dirty clothes and cleans them. A while back I put my rinse bag in the vestibule.. And it went away I thought they washed it but they didn't pick it up turned out someone stole my dirty laundry. Now I have rinse to have access to the common area of the apartment.

Well my pamper's Box was stolen along with with some property from a neighbor in the basement

What about finding some road kill? You could even partially freeze it. I say partially, so that it'll last on the porch awhile before stinking but won't be a solid rock (which would defeat the purpose) if they open it right away.
