Poly bushing grease for zerk fittings

I picked up some poly bushings got plenty of the lube for installing them, the rear swaybar bushings have a zerk fitting what kind of grease would you use?

I use the same grease that I use for all the grease zerks under the truck. I don't remember the exact name but I believe it's red goo LOL! I get the tube at the local parts store and stick it in the gun and go to town LOL!

I see, I saw somewhere it had to be synthetic grease, and for the grease gun it's a standard fitting? Or there different sizes?

I don't know about the synthetic but the fitting is standard.
