I can comment on the 4x4 portion of 10 bolt to SF 14 bolt. Same width, same shock spacing.
10-bolt-to-14-bolt semi-float should work, but you'll need a conversion U-joint on the driveshaft, and the larger, 14-bolt semi-float U-bolt brackets from the donor vehicle. Again, NOT positive on spring spacing and shock-mounting. At least you'd have a MUCH stronger axle with far better 11.x Duo-Servo rear brakes.

Also common to have to replace the two sections of brake tubing from the axle-end of the rear brake hose, out to each wheel cylinder, due to rust. Of course, you'll be inspecting/repairing the rear brakes as needed.

NEED — ubolts (yours probably won’t survive disassembly), ubolt plates or brackets, whatever you call them.

Ujoint- called a conversion joint or bast*rd joint if you get an old guy behind the parts counter.

Parking brake cables are different going from 10 to 11” brakes.

Don’t know why I am saying this part, but in case the question gets asked, yes the drum brakes are different, the 6 lug 14 has bigger shoes drums etc.
