Needing input about headers

What's up y'all? I'm new to the forum. I have a 95 2 door Z71 Tahoe 350 TBI and I'm wanting to put long tube headers on it, but it's got about 242k on it. I just want to know if that will cause any probs since it has so many miles? Any help is appreciated.

it shouldn't cause any issues. Make sure you get good quality headers and good quality hardware otherwise you will fight exhaust leaks constantly. I had some on my 91 and I gave up fixing leaks. I went back to the original manifolds and have not had a single problem in 5+ years.
