Here’s the wiring diagram.
The lower fan speeds work, correct?
The 50A blower fuse under the hood hasn’t blown and the blower wheel turns fairly easily?
Disconnect the relay connector and check for voltages. On high, you should get 12V or so on the Orange (52) coming into the relay connector. Also should have battery voltage at the red (542) terminal as well. Pick your favorite ground spot to check.
If those check out, see if you have voltage at the purple blower motor wire. If so, and testing the purple using the blower ground wire still gets you 12V or so, then I’d suspect that the blower is seized.
Edit: sorry, misread your post and see that you said you have air but now the clutch doesn’t engage.
