I'll have to suffer through this winter with the rust, but I'm hoping to have it fixed next spring. I've got a '61 LeSabre hardtop sedan my great grandpa gave me that I'm going to get in drive-able condition next spring and so I'll be driving that for the most part for some old school class while the truck has the body work done and hopefully if I'm lucky, a 5.3 swap done

Also, something I've noticed, I think there might be a 2800 stall in this thing....I definitely feel a bump in power as soon as it hits 2800 on the highway while accelerating. I'd love to throw vortec heads and a cam in here too if it is a 2800.
