If it is port fuel injected you can run it with the TBI computer. Will take some tuning to get it right though.

I ran mine with a 7427. The 727 is the underhood version of the 7730 used in the L98 TPI Corvette. It does not have provisions to run a 4L80E.

When I test ran this, I did not even have it all wired up nicely. I just had wires jabbed into the old TBI connectors.

I tune OBD1 with an Autoprom, the 0411 cannot compare with the instant adjustability of the 7427 although it is better in many respects.

I dig that you want to hop up your motor,we all do. I strongly recommend freshening up that 250K bottom end before you add all that added dynamic compression to the top.

Autoprom is an emulator that plugs in where the chip goes for real time tuning? Were you using the stock injector drivers firing half the injectors every other spark like the stock tbi?

Yep half and half. Even started and ran well enough to drive on a stock TBI chip somehow.
