L30/L31 intake possibility?

I was thinking about putting a separate block with the EGR on it off to one side then a pipe from the exhaust manifold to the block and one from the block to the intake. Something simple you could make with a drill press or even free hand it if you had to.

I've got to get so much other stuff done around here before I consider something like this though. Just kinda stuck it here so I'd have some memory of it.

I'm glad I stumbled across this intake. When I get the funds to get rid of the old L31 intake I was gonna use the RHS 12903 intake but they are $400 alone with no rails. Unless I get lucky and find one on eBay for $200 that just sold on there. This intake seems a lot more sensible of an option expecially if I have to start drilling and tapping on it. But my plan is to delete egr from the start.
