Intermitant wiper problem

They work fine, but at the lowest setting, the wipers activate every 5 seconds....when you get up to the middle setting, its the same as the wipers being on full time. I would rather at the low setting that the wipers would activate every 10 seconds or so....Any way to adjust this?

No adjustment, probably needs a wiper circuit board... RockAuto has OEM ones for a decent price.

Check the dealer.....I bought a 94 back in 1999 and mine did the same thing...went to the dealer to get a new one and found out there was a recall on the circuit board so they just handed me a new one.....very easy to fix on mine.
