Header question!!!

ok so im doing a vortec head swap on my 91 tbi motor and i was wondering what headers do i get. Do i order headers for a tbi motor or ones that are for a vortec motor. Are they different or are they the same, thanks for the help

I don't think they'd be any different for the heads, now motors they are. reason is tbi has one o2 bung and vortec has an egr bung.

If you are doing a tbi setup or not running egr or something then I'd think they'd work fine.

not that I know of, somebody else with more vortec info should chime in.

95 TBI long tubes worked fine for me port-wise, should do perfectly for you.

You can use either...use the vortec ones if you want to add EGR or you can use the tbi ones and block off the egr port on the intake. FWIW tbi headers are usually quite a bit cheaper than the vortec ones
