Maybe he can just... remove the EVO, toss it, and connect the line directly to the pump? I can't really tell angles from the pics...

I know I have spent hours playing "Find the pressure hose" with guys who build dirt track cars at the parts counter... That and "Find the bearing" and basically "find anything" for that matter...

Im lost the p/n for the bracket decodes to a 93 Buick Roadmaster WTH ....this was a non evo pump...is there a chance an EvO pump the holes are clocked differently ?

I don’t get it, seems like it would fit doesn’t it. A parts diagram for that bracket shows this part number for the pump...a Buick Roadmaster of course.

Was there any part number on the old pump?

Did you take a comparison pic with the latest pump and your old one? The picture on Rock auto is a dead ringer for your old pump. Where is the difference with the one they sent?

The Cardone 208301 looks reasonable. I see that it (and the Delco 36p1338) are both shown for the EVO steering while the 36p1332 is not. Maybe that’s the difference, as the photos of the EVO pumps do seem to show the holes closer to the cap centerline.
