Dang! Only advice I can offer is maybe it's time for a trip to a junkyard to try to find the original bracketry for that year. What a pain...hope you get it sorted out soon!

I’d have probably blown something up by now.

What vehicle did the engine come from? I wonder if the accessory bracket mounting points in a 350 are the same across the board and if GM just changed the bracket as needed. In other words, would a bracket from a truck (complete with pump) fit?

Any chance you still have the original pump? I’d just try rebuilding it at this point...not sure which kit you’d get though.

The original pump is the one on the right in the photos.....so yes I have it ...I would say they are all the same because it uses the head and block holes to mount to....I think I may just try and buy like a known Camaro bracket and match it to a Camaro pump BUT for the life of me I cant understand why neither Roadmaster pumps with evo and without evo wouldnt fit along with the other 3 pumps - just baffles me ??????? The bracket decodes to a Buick Roadmaster period - I dont get it .

Just to throw this out there, a google search of bracket 10105264 pulled up a parts catalog for an 85-92 Cadillac.

http://www.gmpartswiki.com/getpage?pageid=181775

They show the bracket as specific to 1991 and 1992 for the K60 alternator (versus the L05) and give two choices for pumps (models 26017260 and 26031756) and reference a pump table that says that 26017260 was replaced by 26031756.

Which you’ve already tried.

What a cluster. I’d grab a bracket from a junkyard and hope for the best.

I abandoned the camaro bracket idea I had...it turns out the depths of the brackets are different ....
