Good Price For 98 Dash

well, theres a guy out in LA whose parting out a 98 1500 and wants to sell the (whole) dash for 400 is that a good deal? he'll take it out and he says thats for everything, nuts, bolts, cluster, harnesses, etc. what do you guys think?
