air line going to shocks

I have a 91 stepside. and there is an airline running to bothe of the rear shocks with a valve in the bumper. is that stock.

I'm going to replace the shocks and in curious if I need to get some with the air line

Someone installed aftermarket air-shocks. They used to be really popular.

Not stock, you can replace them with whatever you like.
