So my 2 door sees limited passengers in the back seats, but in giving people rides they seem to have stomped the trim pieces and cracked them. I looked for spares in the junk yards/aftermarket, but nothing seems to be available. I decided to try my hand at fiberglass reinforcing from the back.

I used a tiny amount of crazy glue to hold the broken pieces together. From there, I scuffed the backside with 80 grit. I applied three layer of fiberglass from a basic small repair kit I got at Canadian Tire.

I'm very happy with how the repair turned out. It feels stronger than it did before, but retains some flex. It snapped into place easily, and looks pretty good. Better than when the pieces were missing. Hopefully this helps someone.
