Ca smog legal 383 stroker

Anyone have some build lists for a ca smog legal 383 stroker around 400hp for a 1994 chevy k1500? What fuel system have you guys used instead of the stock tbi snd still pass smog? I know a 383 will not pass but i will simply make it visually look like the stock 350 so all that matters is that it passes visual and sniffer test. they cant really test for tunes either because its a 94 obd1. any help is appreciated thank you in advance.

no I do not think it dose you would reuse yours what is in the picture is what you will most likely get

you will need some one that knows how to tune obd1 and or a mail order tune being in ca may make this hard also get a fuel pump for a 96 or 97 you may need to modify you fuel pressure regulator and upgrade your injectors
