Seems unreasonable that they'd break. 11 ft/lbs isn't much, although they are threadlocked with medium-strength "blue" threadlocker, so they could be difficult to remove.

On Acdelco MPFI’s the metering body(for lack of a better name)has part number 17091626.
You must be registered for see images attach

The SMP and other MPFI brands have a different number.

Breaking intake manifold bolts sounds like a case of someone not paying attention when it says "tighten to 120 in/lb" and grabbing the ft/lb wrench. But then again, I don't recall ever using a torque wrench on intake manifold bolts.

Delphi supplies Acdelco. Borg Warner owns Delphi. All same part.
Standard Motor Products owns BWD and a dozen or more other brands---GP Sorenson, Echlin, Belden, Four Seasons, Hayden, and more.. But BorgWarner must have been split up into multiple corporations with BWD being a cast-off. Delphi is not one of the brands SMP admits to owning--but BorgWarner does, along with Beru and Delco-Remy. But not for long--BorgWarner is actively spinning-off D-R, the new owner will be called PHINIA (No word on Ferb.)

It's like tool companies, big fish have eaten all the little fish, and then get eaten by an even bigger fish. Hard to know who owns who without a scorecard.
