I tend to agree. The 906's have hardened exhaust valve seats and come factory on the four bolt main L31's. I prefer 'em myself. I suppose if flow matters enough to be worried about the hardened seats affecting flow, you would be porting either version of head anyway, then the whole issue of 062 vs. 906 is mute - they both can be worked identically.

Just my $0.02, worth $0.85 today (inflation).
