If we are talking aftermarket then it is a totally different ball of wax and those bowtie heads aren't even in the ballpark. Especially when you're looking at having to buy a pair of those.

Well the lt1 coolant system is different, so major modifications there, and you will need to run some form of distributor-less ignition or add a mounting location for a distributor. All said and done you spend way more money and time that could be spent on a good set of heads that bolt right in.
