Auto to 5spd swap.

I want to change my transmission to a nv4500 in my 93 c1500 350. What all do I need. Clutch and linkage. Will I need a computer and wiring and what else will I need for the swap

clutch and brake pedal, clutch bracket, clutch master, slave, and hydralic line, trans, different driveshaft yoke, maybe different shaft length, computer willl be fine but will have CEL most likely for no trans hookup to the 4l60e

oh and cut hole in the floor for shifter, delete column shifter
