greetings from Germany...

I just started rebuilding a '97 Tahoe 2dr....

It's been exported directly to Belgium after beeing built and somehow ended up in my possession 23 years later.

ODO says 138k km.... I doub't that. Someone fiddled with the odometer I guess because it's in a really bad shape.

Well, I guess I started a new hobby.

Getting parts will be the fun part...

Let's see where we end up....

Oh, maybe some gmt400.com Admin reads this... Accessing this site from Germany regularly doesn't work.
It ends up in a cloudflare server error 1020...

Maybe someone knows the admins and give them a hint.

It's only accessible via VPN. I guess gmt400.com looses a lot of users due to this issue...

Not many of us here (I'm in Scotland so European for another couple of months or so....). No site access issues from here BTW - and you'll probably find Rock Auto is your friend for parts - just watch the shipping charges - they vary from one day to the next. And sometimes a more expensive item can cost the same as a cheaper one when the cheaper one's shipping cost is higher.
