95 power seats not working

Ok, I feal dumb now. I was sitting in the truck and my boy was sitting behind me, complaining about no foot room. So I reach in the front of the seat, pull the leaver over and scoot the seat up. Then looked at my wife in amazement. I guess they arent power seats! But what does the switch on the side do? Its just a two way switch, forward/reverse. (or so I would suppose)

That would be your lumbar support switch. Adjusts the firmness of the lower back support via inflating or deflating an air bag mounted in the seat back.
