94 c1500 street truck

Okay so I have a 94 c1500 with the 350 sbc the motor is bored .40 over with a small cam, edle Brock intake and 650 carb short tube headers and a 3200 yank converter. Trans is a built turbo 350. I'm doing a budget build and I need some info on wat carb cam intake and heads to do with a budget and still get somewhere around 400-450hp wat do y'all recommend?

Hate to say it, there's no such thing as a budget build to get those results.
