1994 K1500 blown 3 trans within a year???

My 94 K1500 with new STT coopers 315/75r16's runs fine until suddenly 3rd gear completely goes out without sign?

3.42 gears and completely stock. What could be going wrong?

If it's due to the crappy trans and the 3.42's what is there that I could do to fix my problem and get her back up and running like she should?

Well that gets rid of the "kickdown cable adjustment" theory. How big is a 315 in inches

Definitely need to regear to 373 then or even bigger

That's probably what is causing his problems. Putting unnecessary force on the trans

What kind of transmissions are u getting? Junkyard? New? If so which brand? Or rebuilt? A set of 4.56's would help a bunch, but that another $900 just in parts, not including a locker if u want one. And another $1000 or so in labor.
