14-bolt price

Guys, what kind of prices are you paying for a complete, rust-free 14-bolt semi-floating rear end?

6 lug? Anywhere from $250-$500 depending on how lucky you are.

8 lug? Hard to even give them away.

5 lug? Unobtainium; unicorn farts. Open wallet, bend over. (ok, not really all that bad, but not likely to be anything close to cheap or reasonable)

Kind of unrelated, but not entirely. The 14b in my Trailblazer, came from an SS and I paid 300 for it.

Near my on Car-part, the ones for our pickups are about 200-350.

Came from a Silverado SS? I'm not 100% sure but I think the GMT800 stuff is a few inches wider.

Also worth noting that the 14 bolt only came in RWD SS's, which are the overwhelming minority. Most are AWD, until 2005 when RWD was optional, or 2006 where all of 'em are. The AWD's got a 10 bolt.

No, a Trailblazer SS. Its a bolt in upgrade for them, same as the SF 14b in a 400. Trailblazers were available with an 8.2" 10 bolt, an 8.6" 10 bolt (which is what all EXT models, and my short 5.3 got), and in the SS, a 9.5" 14 bolt. I honestly expected it to be alot more, like 3x more, but, I guess no one really cares lol.
