So I have a ‘99 C2500. Big boy. 6.5 inch lift on 35s, cammed, built top end, posi 3.73 rear end, among other thing. My question is, from a dig should I be breaking loose my tires. I feel like it’s down on power but I’m not sure, I’ve never owned a lifted older vehicle before so I have no reference. It can do burnouts (I haven’t tried since I got the posi but it did it with the open diff). Kinda a weird question but I wanna know if it’s just slow or if I’m probably down on power. My assumption would be a fuel issue if that’s the case. My injectors ARE on max duty cycle

If you have a 4.3L V6, then ya, definitely underpowered. Lol
You don't mention the actual engine you actually have.
But given the tire size, you would definitely benefit from some lower gears, like 4:10s. Would get you back closer to what it would feel like if you had stock diameter tires.

Sorry, it’s a 5.7 vortec. Yeah i literally JUST got the rear gears done and all im seeing is to go to 4.10 or something which is unfortunate

C2500? 3.73's? Is this a 6 lug truck? Typically a 2500 (8 lug) would come with 4.10's.

Better get some gears in there quick to offset those 35's; not only will you get your acceleration back, you just might save your transmission from a premature death. 4L60E's aren't tough anyway.

It’s 8 lug. And it’s 4l80e but yeah that’s what it came with

As mentioned, it's your tire size, with the rear end gearing that is holding you back. With 35s, you need 456, or 488 gears.
I did just spend a good chunk of money on the posi 3.73 gears so :/ idk if I can swing it
