Around 300 miles at a guess. 180 miles from Glasgow/Edinburgh and whatever between there and Gatehouse. I'm never that far south but Dundee/Perth is an occasional trip. Due one in a month or so.

Something you could consider is smaller (motorcycle size) reg plates. Permitted on USA imports as UK plates don't fit the allocated space for a US plate. Plate in pics above is 300 x 150mm and allows characters to be in one line and at the rear leaves open the hole in the bumper for lowering the spare wheel.

My old 92 will never be a show pony but in the quest to bring it up to scratch, I am planning to keep it pretty stock apart from those all but vital 4 round things! What I would like to do however, is compliment it with a few tasteful accessories of the time be it KC lights or whatever:cool: I reaching out to you guys across the pond for any thoughts or photo's you may have.
