I thought I mentioned that I'm running it through the hp tuners? Just like gmctruck with his efilive. There are two versions of hp tuners, the pro is what you need for that ability. If you don't want to spring for the pro unit, then either the egr or ac signal wire is your next option to get the wideband data into the computer. Egr is usually the popular option since a lot of people tune out the egr anyway. If you google "wideband through egr hp tuners" there should be some threads that pop up on the hp tuners or ls1 forums. I haven't extensively researched this, but it can't be too hard.
Yes, I know you said you had the pro. I was just assuming you were going to show the EGR method just because.

I'm wanting the pro myself. As I'm not trying to run 1/4s or anything, I don't mind having the EGR since I have my air oil separator. So the oil mist will not bake to the inside of the intake.

What's the ac switch option? Is that a way to wire the wideband to hptuners, without the pro version, and still keeping EGR?
Commifornia won't let me get rid of EGR :(

Or should I just consider getting the pro version?

Its the AC pressure sensor that people have used, I'm not entirely sure if the sensor is the same for our truck as it was on the LS1's? Anyone know for sure?

In this writeup, the guy recommends using a switch of quick connects to swap from the actual egr/ac signal to the wideband signal for tuning. So you could do this through the egr then just hook it back up for your smog check (and re-enable it in the tune).

Pro version makes it easier, but its hard to say if its worth the extra money just for that. Unless you want to add more sensors.

Good info, that's pretty neat!
I may pick up the wideband that you have, that seems to be on the cheaper scale.

Still driving the truck, about ready to change out the break in oil. I'm debating on sending an analysis to a lab, the oil looks great every time I check the stick. I'll cut open the filter for sure.

New brakes, hubs, shocks, and an axle (I pierced one of the boots by mistake when messing with the front diff).
The ride is night and day having new bilsteins vs. completely blown shocks

One thing I'm considering is putting spacers on the rear.
My tires size is 245/75/16, about 3/4" clearance between the duals at the top, unloaded.
From what I've read this is borderline too close.

Yeah it was one of the more budget friendly ones that I could fine and it had decent reviews. I have no complaints with it. It stays within 2% of the narrowband sensors when at 14.7:1, which I consider to be pretty good.

The bottom is what you have to be concerned about. As tire balloons out under load it will become closer to the tire next to it at the bottom. When I ran 235 85 16 on our dually if they weren't carrying over 60 lb of pressure they would rub just going down the road when I hit a bump. I had to keep 80 lbs in them at all times to keep the side walls from rubbing. I would think that 245 is asking for trouble.

Air pressure and space is key like Skylark is saying. I got 285's and a 2" spacer. But mine are too wide on too narrow of a rim and balloon the tread that even at 35 pounds they still don't ride flat.

I should weld on bead lock rings to make the rim wider. I'm off topic, apologies

Ah good call.
Do you have any pics of that tire size? Are those what are on the pearl? What size spacer would I need for 235s? Reason I ask is if I need a spacer now, I'd like one big enough to run a larger size like 235/85 for the next tires.

I like the cost and may get that size once these wear out.
