Lately I've been obsessing about superchargers and get over the fact how bad ass my truck would be with one. So far the ones I've been looking at are the whipple brand. I really like those, especially the one gmcyukondriver has on his. What are your guys opinion on them? Which is the best to go with?

If you're going to spend that kind of money on forced induction, go turbo. Depending how you shop, it would be about the same initial investment with way more growth potential.

I was looking up them on YouTube and like I said gmcyukondriver's thread. They look awesome but if turbos are worth the cash best go that route

Turbo's are easier I think. A set of manifold a turbo with proper ar ratio for motor. Some form of cooling intercooler. Then add fuel and tune. Once you start playing with them it become s an addiction. We used to slap a turbo on anything back in highschool. Good times

look on thirdgen.org and go to the power adders section. theres alot of turbo builds, yes its not the same but it is the same concept and good info to grasp onto. only thing id say if your going to a turbo ditch the tbi, itll make it an absolute pain to tune.
