Thread revival LOL ... thought I'd just post here instead of making a new thread.

Anyhow problem is I want to get rid of my drl's so like everyone else and how I've always done it, I pulled fuse 15. And of course it worked but now when I turn my lights on the park lights and tail lights don't work now. I've never seen this before, I thought #15 only killed drl's. But anyways, I put the fuse back in, everything works as normal including the drl's lol...Anyone got any suggestions just to get rid of the drl's? And I do not wanna ride around with the one click parking brake mod either, I want a permanent fix :)

Why wouldn't you want them on all the time? Just curious.
HID's, campsite nightime courtesy, sneaking around when pranking a friend's house. My buddy would always get **** at fishing tournaments because he'd wake up other campers on the way to the boat ramp at 4am. He was the only guy who had daytime running lights.

Mine did that when I pulled what I thought was fuse 15. Go back an pull the real fuse 15 an they will go off but your other lights will work fine.

Don't feel bad, your not the first this has happened to an you wont be the last. The writing in that fuse box is hard to read....

I know of a permanent fix. I did it with my 00 crew cab. I will try to find the link for it but there is a part you can pull under the dash that will just stop the DRL.

Find this fuse under the dash near drivers side and pull it out. I don't remember exactly what I used to pull it out but it wasn't that difficult and was a permanent fix for the DRL lights. Hope that helps.

Looks like I'm the only one who wants their DRLs to work and they don't. Any ideas?
