First off, Great looking truck, the two tone through the grille and the tailgate looks amazing! I really like it.
Second: No one was "knocking" your truck, the comments weren't necessarily negative and completely towards it, they were just saying that they don't like the headlight covers and it takes away from the look..no big deal. Remember, this is the internet, when you post photos you are opening a public discussion about it, and if you don't want to hear it, or are scared to, or hurts your feelings (saying this to everyone) then don't post photos. People don't like my Nerf bars...well, that's fine, I do, but I also get a ton of compliments on my truck as well..aside from that, it feels good knowing that others think my truck looks good, and if they don't like the nerf bars, that is just a matter of personal opinion and is a small thing that doesn't really matter. Either take the nice comments and possibly consider that it might look cool without the covers and some nice black or clear headlights, or don't post photos. Easy.

****, hell, damn, that looks great!! Super slick. In your pictures it shows really good reflection of the porch on the tailgate. Looks like they did a good job, love the match grill and tailgate. IMO I like the headlight covers alot on your truck, but functionally I can imagine sub par. Red, and black are my favorite colors and you pretty much nailed it. I got a list a mile long if it where mine and what I would do, but its yours so do it your way. Great job man, keep posting pictures

I was going to put the flares back on but I like the clean look with them off. The flares came off of an old work truck from a junk yard and were less than perfect. I put on a chrome differential cover and cleaned up the frame. I'm thinking about hiding the tips aswell. I'll get some new pics soon.

Looks nice! I think the headlight covers would look good with the parking covers also. I had one car with covers I would just take off during the night and have on during the day. And another vehicle I compensated and ran 80/100 bulbs instead.
