plus whatever gets added from the Table SA-Coolant Comp Spark Advance (probably zero unless you've messed with it)
Here's what I have originally from the "starter" .bin that came with the EBL Flash-II

plus or minus whatever timing the computer uses trying to chase your idle speed around with the Tables SA- Idle Low Compensation and SA- Idle High Compensation
Here's what I have, maybe jack these up a little?

Something like a F/Y car LT1 is where I would start. Pull ~4° out of it for initial tuning.
Do you have a table like that? Here's what I have in my .bin I already flattened it more to 60 and 70 KPI for this cam. Or, should I just continue to modify this one and run with it?

Every cell that is not equal to the Scalar SA-Coolant Comp Bias SA is modified by this table. Note that it is referenced to VAC (inverse MAP)

Here's what I have, maybe jack these up a little? I think Bob usually recommends to cut down these tables to help stabilize idle with a big cam. I'd have to search over on Thirdgen to find out for sure.

I will dig one up for you. I am scratching my head as to why you have so little timing at 4,800 rpm. I would try 32-34* at 2,800 rpm from 85+ kpa. Be mindful of the PE Spark Adder. I have also had combinations that wanted full timing advance as low as 2,000-2,400 rpm and yet others that wanted the timing advance slightly retarded at higher rpm. Finally, the ignition control module you are running can greatly alter the actual delivered timing advance.

One other thing I like to do on these TBIs has to do with the WOT timing near the shift points. With the 700r4 I actually add some torque reduction where the governor shifts it at WOT. For example if it shifts at 5,000 rpm, I run full timing in the 4,800 rpm and at 5,2000 rpm I will pull about 20 number of advance. It will rip up to 4,800 and the inertia will continue to carry the engine up to the shift point of 5,000 as the timing retards. At 5,000 rpm its pulling about 10* compared to 4,800 which kills off some torque, helping save your clutches.

I was getting KCs at higher KPAs (especially in the summer months) so, I reduced some SA to get rid of them. I can try some more spark again. I'm only using PE for AFR Commanded, I'm not playing with PE Adder.

Yeah, I have my governor shifting 1-2 @5000. With more tuning, I'm wondering if I can get it up to 5500 which the cam is rated for (2000-5500).

And yes, it does flatten out at ~4800

See what it takes now when it's not breathing in Satan's farts, then pull it from the IAT table when it is.

Your PE Adder table is adding 3 degrees of timing in PE mode the way you have it setup.

Yeah, I'm just not playing with it now, I'll probably zero that out too. For VE Learn I disable PE altogether.
