I'm averaging 13-14 around town, 19-20 cruising on the interstate, any 9.5 with my 4,500lb camper over 2,100 miles. Set the cruise at 62 and let the thing pull nice and easy.

Been 13-14.2 with my driving to work, excited to see what long haul all interstate trips this summer with the new EGR and distributor and a full tune up.

About 10-12. 1997 Tahoe 4-door, 5.7L, 4L60E. 206k miles. Feel like I should be getting more. Any ideas?

Everything in the ignition system is brand new save for the spark plug wires.

How old are the wires? Fuel filter, air filter, injector spray, fuel PSI??

My tahoe has everything except like 50,000 less miles. New plugs wires air filter and fuel filter. The best i ever saw was 13.9 and that was mostly highway on my way to school

Got 14.6 MPG last fill up! Highest I've had it since I've owned the truck, I did a lot of highway driving.

Just calculated 9.5 mpg while towing a horse trailer (1500-2000lbs) with a horse (1500lbs)

This was mixed town and highway driving

Tired 305 with 5 speed and 3.42 gears

I get 14 MPG in my 98 Yukon. I added a performance air filter and not drive like a moron racing red light after red light.
