Yep.. it's too small for a boat anchor and too big for a fishing weight..

Hell I was willing to at least look at it and repair if necessary.
Did some grinding and looking and…….
Looks like it was cracked at both ends where the keys are.

I need to find one that will clean up with a sandblast and not have rust pitting

Well, if your going to re-purpose there might be some options. If you want to use it to beat somebody in the head it might work perfectly. lol
