Trouble Connecting to TunerPro RT

Okay the bulb was indeed not working but I replaced it and it goes into diagnostic mode with the paper clip trick

Ha yea a couple, not sure how relevant they are tho since I disconnected the battery to pull the ecu yesterday.

15, 59, 67, 82

59- Trans fluid temp circuit high
67- A/C pressure sensor circuit
82- 3x crankshaft position sensor

None of those seem to indicate why the heck I can’t connect to TunerPro lol also doing seem related to my idle issue…

15 Coolant temperature sensor signal indicates a temperature colder than -40° F.

67 ECM did not detect an A/C system pressure change of more than 9 psi when A/C clutch was engaged

82 Transmission 1-2 shift solenoid voltage stayed high for 2 seconds after commanded ON by PCM, or the voltage stayed at zero for 2 seconds after commanded OFF by PCM

Code 15 needs to be addressed, it will inject fuel for I think -50°. Maybe a wire is unhooked?

Code 59 will set if the ECM detects low transmission fluid temperature (below -40-degrees F).

Also would indicate a dead sensor or not connected..

For the data logging, try removing the cable from your PC in device manager, then reinstall it.

And Incase you didn't know, although probably not the issue, tunner pro will always look for it on the same USB port.

Also, you shouldn't need the resistor in the cable.

Just thinking this over, are the connectors seated well in the ECU?

Maybe unplug and look for pins that are recessed in the connectors and not making good contact.

Do you have another OBD1 gm you can test your cable on?

Man thanks for all the great info. Is this sensor the one between spark plugs #1 and #3. Today was payday so I'm back in the 'lets-just-throw-parts-at-this-*****' mood.
