I ONLY run Valvoline brand Dex 3 in all of my cars/trucks.

I had a bad experience with the B&M fluid once.

Can't go wrong with amsoil, I have been using cheap walmart super tech trans fluid since it leaks into my tcase. It seems to be decent enough, once I fix the seal I will flush with high quality oil though.

B&M fluid is 'Type F'. It was an old hot rodder trick used to firm up the shifts in a GM transmission. There's a reason that that's not done anymore!

^ Yessir, too old of a trick for too new of a transmission... the result was rather expensive. The 200-R4 in my '87 Monte Carlo SS was NOT pleased.
Learn from my mistake OP.
