I never even thought of putting door speakers in...what kind of radio did you have? Also did you run the sub to the amp too. Was this expensive?

It was a pioneer as well, and the sub was ran on a separate mono block amp. It was probably $500 to $800 total, but it sounded amazing

I did not want to modify anything on my truck, so I went with a JVC head unit, Infinity reference speakers in the stock location (4), and a Kicker Bass Station. It sounds amazing.
