I do have an Amp Recommendation.
It fits Right were the Stock amp sits. I just fabbed up some very simple Brackets.

It powers two 8" Slim sealed under seat subs, and two very competent 3 inch full range speakers in the dash. Thats all you need really if you pair it with a modern Head Unit with built in DSP to iron out most of the imperfections.

It's Amazing what you can do with a $150 DSP today, compared to what was available in the 1990:ties when I was really into Car Audio.

The only setting that is not done with the DSP, is a 40Hz Bass boost that works really well with the sealed subs.
The filter section on the amp is not used

To install all this I have done absolutely Zero modifications to the Truck, which for me was important, and thanks to the DSP and modern low distortion drivers it sounds better than most factory installed high end systems.

In addition to what i said audio is like engine displacement.4 6.5s will be louder than 2 6.5s on same power. Im running 2 6.5 soundqubed 6.5s per door and a set of 6.5 soundqubed 6.5 coaxials rear doors due to price ( i paid 180;for 2 set's of 6.5 components and 1 set of coaxias)

You used to be able to go Kicker.com and they had the sizes and measurements for sealed and ported boxes for all their subs. I built my own boxes for 2 12" kicker CompVR dual voice coil subs, they barely fit behind the seats on my 93 short They gave me the sizes for air space needed and how much polyfil to use. I run a Sony headunit and a Graphics 1200watt amp. It was a bit much so downsized to a DSD 700 amp and run 1 12. It's enough to rattle everything. I have friends that have ported and isometric installs for their subs, I still think the sealed box with polyfil hits harder for the Pink Floyd I like. I originally was going to cut the door panels for 6.5" speakers , you can do it but why cut up nice panels. I replaced the 4 stock speakers with newer Boss same size i think 4 inch.

Well, it's been a few months and I have a plan in place, so here's where I'm at.

I currently have:
A pair of Infinity Reference 4x6s
A set of old Infinity 6.5" speakers and tweeters with crossovers from my RX-7
An old Infinity 12" sub from my Cadillac
A Metra double-DIN kit

I still need to find an amp. Currently I'm considering just a monoblock amp for the sub and to run the other speakers straight off the head unit. A 5.1 amp sounds like a better idea, but a decent one adds at least another $100 to the cost. Williston did a dyno test on this Recoil amp and poked around the innards. It looks like a solid budget amp.

The old speakers are in like-new condition. The sub already has a box, but somebody posted a pic of a thin single-sub box that spanned the entire back seat with storage shelves built into it. I think that's the route I'd like to go. Alternatively, I might still look for bass tube or a thin 8" ported box to go under the passenger seat.

I'm also still trying to sort out the seating. I have a plan that probably won't work, and if it doesn't I'll probably do something similar to WCJr and use some Cadillac power leather seats. The issue with WCJr's seats is that they're thick, and I have to have the driver's seat all the way against the back wall of the cab so I can fit, and I'm just 6'0". That limits my box space.

A note about infinity speakers: they’re usually 3 ohms and most head units don’t like them because of it.
