I am replacing my 5.7 with an emissions legal stroker and need higher flow rates. As I understand it, the stock OEMs are 23lb. Does anyone know if I can replace the FIs with some flowing around 42lbs?

Or is there a better solution.

Yea, there is a place that sells upgraded spider units but the intake itself is just as much of a airflow restriction as the spider unit is for fuel ability. The upgraded spiders are pricey too.

You could also do the marine intake. That'd allow you to run better injectors and stay emissions legal.

That's a little more involved than just swapping the intake though and final cost usually rolls in about the same as using a aftermarket unit.
