Seems to struggle on startup

Maybe this is normal been awhile since I had one of these trucks again, 1998 silverado 5.7 4x4 . When I start the truck it seems to take a few cranks to get her going and once started it runs perfect , what parts should I be looking at for this, or is this normal hope this makes sense

Before changing any parts, I'd check the fuel pressure 1st.

60 PSI with KOEO and hold it after your fuel pump shuts off. After starting it'll lower until you rev it up and the VRFPR will raise it back up to ~60 minimum.
